One thing to know before you come: In Ohio, vehicle titles are issued by the County Clerk of Courts, not the BMV. The Akron BMV handles registration, plates, and driver license or ID. If you just bought a vehicle, you title it at the Summit County Clerk of Courts first, then register it (plates and sticker) here.
