The one thing to know before you come
In Ohio, vehicle titles are issued by the County Clerk of Courts, not the BMV. The Akron BMV handles registration, plates, and driver license or ID. If you just bought a vehicle, title it at the Summit County Clerk of Courts first, then register it (plates and sticker) here.
